This is an amazing chance to see one of the most gorgeous architectural landmarks in Milwaukee, but spaces are limited!

The Mackie Building is located at 235 E. Michigan St. The outside of the building is filled with beautiful detailing that is not commonly seen today. What many people do not know is that the inside of the building is equally jaw dropping. The building is now home to the Grain Exchange room, as well as 25 apartment units with original 15 foot tall ceilings.

Historic Milwaukee Inc. is offering a rare opportunity for a select few to tour the building's last remaining vacant apartment, as well as it's bell tower that is often inaccessible to the public. Tickets for the opportunity are $50 to the public and $30 to HMI members. It will take place at 6p.m. Thursday, November 16th. Again, this is a rare chance to see one of Milwaukee's historic locations so check it out you history buffs!
