Should We Lower Drinking Age In Wisconsin?

On Wednesday, a new bill was proposed that would lower the drinking age to 19 in Wisconsin.  The deal the two Republican lawmakers and former president of the Tavern League proposed would be implemented only if Wisconsin wouldn't lose any highway funds, which is the deal amongst states.  It stated that if the drinking age would lower below 21 that that specific state would lose it's funding.  

Their argument that they'll be using is that at the age of 19, there are a lot of things you can do, but drinking isn't one of them.  On the other end, people are arguing that it will take hundreds of thousands of dollars to enforce safety on campuses and on the roads.
