9. Lauren Daigle – You Say

Once you play this song, you’ll instantly know it by the chorus… but if you’re trying to think of “who sings this one?” Your mind may say Adele or even Kelly Clarkson, don’t worry – I get it. Lauren Daigle is best known as an award-winning Christian artist.

8. Benny Blanco, Halsey + Khalid – Eastside

Last month Halsey both hosted and was the Musical Guest on ‘SNL’ and for the first time, she painted a giant face upside down in the time it took her to sing “Eastside”. Can’t say I’ve ever seen a performance quite like it and she further proved how talented she really is.

7. Sam Smith + Normani – Dancing With A Stranger

This is still a relatively new song to 2019 as it dropped in the middle of January and peaked at number 3 on the UK Singles Chart. Though, compared to the US charts, it has yet to break into the top 10 on various Billboard charts.

6. Khalid – Better

This past weekend, Khalid was the Musical Guest on ‘SNL’ and performed this song “Better” (as well as his latest hit, “Talk”). He’s a local favorite in Milwaukee as he has had multiple sold-out shows at The Rave (including our KISSmas Bash in 2017).

5. Meek Mill ft. Drake – Going Bad

Drake has 131 singles (75 of which he is the featured artist), this is his first feature song of 2019. So far “Going Bad” has reached number 2 on Billboard’s Hot R&B/Hip Hop Songs and number 3 on Billboard’s Rhythmic chart.

4. Dean Lewis – Be Alright

This week (March 9), Dean Lewis topped Billboard’s Emerging Artists chart largely due to his song, “Be Alright” (previously chart-topper was AVA MAX for 6 weeks straight). “Be Alright” top peak position was number 4 on the Billboard Adult Top 40 chart.

3. Ellie Goulding + Diplo ft. Swae Lee – Close To Me

It’s great to see Ellie Goulding out with new music, her last tour was back in 2016; with the new year, The Guardian reported that she is working on her fourth album set to release this year at some point. “Close To Me” is certified Gold in the United States with 500,000 sales and streams.

2. Post Malone – Wow.

Post Malone has made it on the top 10 of Billboard’s Hot 100 with 6 of his singles, including his current one, “Wow.”. The latest buzz around this song is a viral video of a 40-year-old man from Florida dancing to a choreographed Hip Hop routine flawlessly!
